The Road To Positive Change

The road to positive change will bring you to the highest possible emotional quality of life. In essence, you will be better equipped to break through Your barriers to making your life matter:
  • Creating a Winner's Mindset.
Having a tangible written plan with SMART

goals, pointing you forward in each major area of your life.
Learning how to make clear choices consistently and becoming the master of Your thoughts every moment.
  • Gaining Confidence.
Achieving your purpose and dreams (your potential in a fresh, new way to a positive future).
  • Finding out what you want to do with Your life.
  • Keeping yourself on track in order to develop Emotional Intelligence and experience Excellence and Authentic Success.
  • Taking advantage of your true, given abilities.
  • Creating a new way of loving, Eliminating Fear.
  • Keeping yourself on track in order to develop Emotional Intelligence and experience Intimacy and true Love.
Life is too short. It is time for you to:
  • Be seduced by the attractiveness of your goals and dreams.
  • Think of yourself as the majority shareholder in your life and enhance your 'doing' SMART goals.
  • Take inspired steps towards transforming your dream (a quality life) into a reality.
  • When will you be ready to do the work that needs to be done in order to change your life for the better?
  • What’s the one thing you can do in order to achieve the success you desire a great deal sooner?
Here are some of the choices you must make each day, each hour, even each minute, to GUARANTEE that you are on the road to Making Your Life Matter.
Choose to:
  • Be ENERGETIC. Be PASSIONATE. Be ENTHUSIASTIC. Be SELF-DIRECTED. Be PREPARED. Be FOCUSED. Be SUPPORTIVE to your 'Self'. Be SYSTEMATIC. Be TIMELY. Be PROACTIVE.
  • Assess Your Motivation.
  • Declare Your Intentions.
  • Live in the Now.
  • Practice.
  • Create Accountability.
Assess Your Motivation -  Be poised in confidence. Look into the mirror of your soul with an open heart and mind. Renew your Commitment. A lot of goals tend to be “shoulds” rather than a deep “want to.”  However, without a burning desire to achieve a SMART goal, your motivation wanes quickly, and your subconscious mind turns its attention to more exciting desires in that moment.

Pull out your list of goals, and for each one, ask:
  • “What is my why?
  • Why do I want to achieve this?
  • And am I committed enough to my why to do whatever it takes to achieve this goal?”

By identifying or even upgrading your “why,” you can tap into greater motivation and commitment to achieve your goal.

Declare Your Intentions - Intentions lay the groundwork for EFFORTLESS, spontaneous expression of your desires.
When you’re clear about which goals you’ll work on, you can increase your commitment by publicly declaring your intentions.

  • Set clear, conscious intentions and discipline yourself to meet them.
  • Share your goals with your loved ones. You’ll be more likely to take action toward achieving your goals when the alternative is losing face with people about whom you care. Put your good intentions into action purposefully.
Live in the Now - Only when you own your present reality can you change. By being present and mindful of the present moment you can allow change to happen naturally, without struggle, without the usual resistance and judgment that cause you to suffer more.
Mindfulness is the influence within that helps you to look deeply at your body, feelings, mind perceptions and all that is around you. It is through this kind of insight that you can lift your ‘self’ out of ignorance, the main cause of suffering.
Mindfulness can help you understand your goals in relation to who you are.
Practice - Learn and practice the steps necessary to optimize your motivation, meaning and inner fulfillment. Train your mind to manage your life and learn how to acquire discipline for yourself on your own terms. Yes, You Can! Therefore, You Will! Unleash the full potentials of your mind! Let's get started.
Create Accountability - The only way you'll reach your goals is if you seize the initiative, achieve accountability and take purposeful action now.
Standing on life's stage:
  • Do you find it easy to let your ‘self’ off the hook?
  • Is it easy for you to quickly justify why you haven’t followed through on your commitment to take action?
  • Do you make excuses about why you did not accomplish your goals completely this year?
If you say Yes to these questions, an accountability partner will be a huge benefit to you.
A proven twist on accountability partnerships is working toward your goal with another person. If you find that having a friend or colleague serve as your accountability partner is not enough, consider hiring a professional, such as a coach.

These individuals may be better equipped to recognize self-sabotaging behaviors and beliefs – as well as to hold you accountable for taking action. And if you’re someone who hates to waste money, knowing that you’re paying someone to hold you accountable might be the added motivation you need to keep your commitments to intentional pursuit of excellence:

  • Do not waste time with "maybe."
  • No excuse, be serious about extending your limits and committing to excellence at the highest level.
  • Do Not miss your appointment with your higher purpose.
  • Unleash your creativity.
  • Be in the proper consciousness.
  • Become more inner-directed.
  • Change your limited perspectives and experience the beauty of your purpose through excellence in action.
  • Think of yourself as the majority shareholder in your life and enhance your 'doing' SMART goals.Have a tangible written plan with SMART goals, pointing you forward in each major area of your life.
  • Make a conscious choice every day to shed the old---old issues, old guilt, old rhythms, old responses, old resentments and old rivalries.
  • Accept personal responsibility to decrease worry in your life purposefully.
  • COMMIT  to discover the steps necessary to shift limiting beliefs in order to uncover your 'Authentic Self' and grow your character.
Making the REST of Your life the BEST of Your life, You Deserve The Best.
  • When will you be ready to do the work that needs to be done in order to change your life for the better?
Do not succumb to rationalizing your failure to complete your priorities. Time for Action.
