A Well Balanced Life
A well balanced life offers us the opportunity to find harmony with everything that comes to us, POWER UP our performance and COMMIT to live life to the fullest. It is the space for new possibilities, which in turn will make our life more fulfilling. The road to be fearless and do the work to become stress resilient.
Our life gets hectic, we are choosing the familiar, the struggles, the maddening pace and our stressful life. We find ourselves off balance, not paying enough attention to important areas of our life. Our life is very messy, tangled with many obstacles to overcome, stressors to manage and bottlenecks to break through. Breaths come and breaths go. Tens of thousands of times, every day of our life, our breath changes its direction. The events of our life come and go too. Nothing stays constant. Everything is changing. The attitude that we choose to take toward this ever-changing nature of our life---how well we learn to let go of what was and move on with what is---has a huge impact on our health and well-being. It is also a call for us to avoid total focus on only one issue. If we spend all of our energy on one aspect of our life, the others fall by the wayside. If we must spend a great deal of time on one area temporarily. It is recommended that we make an extra effort to include other important things as much as possible. Our life, our moment and our reason to start taking inspired steps towards a well-balanced-life in order to regain energy once again and become stress resilient.
It is also true, stress arises in our life as a sign that things are not in balance. It is a natural indicator that tells us it is time to take action. If we ignore it, the situation only gets worse. When we determine the root cause of the stress, reduce it as much as possible. A call for us to POWER UP our attitude and celebrate the unending gift that life offers---the gift of perpetual renewal, every breath of our life. Some of us may not want to Become Stress Resilient, please note--this is a challenging process for life changing results. If we are not committed to reducing stress in our life, bringing harmony to our life and unlocking our full potential for supporting fulfillment. Becoming Stress Resilient is probably not for us at this time. Nevertheless, the questions remain:
- What would our life be like if we were responding effectively to life’s stressors?
- What will it take for us to become the individuals we need to be and to live on the raw edge of inner peace and excellence?
- What will take for us to notice when we are not taking care of ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually?
However, if we have had enough of the way things have been for us and want to BREAK OUT of the old mold that has kept us from significantly reducing worry in our life, we may want to know more about the mind/body connection as it relates to stress and get the tools we need to respond effectively to life’s stressors. It is up to each one of us to make certain that we get into the mind-set of BEING and DOING rather than FEARING. No excuse. A call for us to step out of our comfort zone and face our fears. Be serious restoring balance in our life and Becoming Stress Resilient each and every day. If not, we are committing slow-motion suicide dying a little inside each day.
True life is short and it is our life. In that short life, we can't just stick out our thumb and hitchhike our way to eliminate the distractions (stress, fear, pain, old wounds and their cousins) that are keeping us from choosing the pathway to Health, Prosperity, Love, Excellence and Inner Peace. We must build ourselves an arch of courage, roll up our sleeves and do the work that needs to be done in order to cultivate balance and harmony among all aspects of our life and bring us to the Highest Possible Emotional Quality Of Life. At the entry point of becoming Stress Resilient, we will take 100% responsibility for our life, accept the challenges that come to us, learn to open our mental eyes and behold the treasure house of infinity. Our stress will begin to flow away with each of our breath as we let our heart be at peace.
- What will it take for us to realize that life is a series of choices and being free from stress is one of these choices?
- When will we choose to free our mind from limiting beliefs, and have an added edge in reducing relational stress and have a positive plan for well balanced-life?
